Coaching & Mentoring
The provision of a thoughtful, regular reflective space can enable people to address the important issues in their lives and make significant changes. Thinking time is squeezed out of organisational life in the face of increasing operational demands so people often avail of coaching/mentoring to ensure they can access this crucial reflective space where real change originates. Marie’s clients have included Board members from NHS Boards, NDPB Boards and other organisations, and senior professionals from a very wide range of university, public and voluntary sector organisations.
