WE are particularly interested in ‘working below the surface’ with different client groups - organisations, teams, individuals and couples.
We have organised highly successful national conferences on these themes, with the Scottish Institute of Human Relations. Our most recent conference focused on a range of below surface dynamics and on resilience (Edinburgh, 29 October 2010) and attracted more than a hundred participants from a wide range of disciplines. The evaluation was enthusiastically positive - a 97.5% satisfaction rating of either ‘very good’ or ‘good’.
